Determination Equals Sweat

"A dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work." -Colin Powell So...I don't know that I would classify losing weight and getting fit as a "dream." It is most definitely a goal. And no goal is met through magic. I can attest to the fact that yes...it takes sweat (a lot of it), determination and hard work. #sweatyselfie "They"  say it takes 4 weeks for you to start seeing a difference after you start working out, 8 weeks for the people closest to you, and 12 weeks for the rest of the world. I've been dedicated to working out at least 3, if not 4, times a week for the past month. And I am finally starting to see a difference. Not in just my physical appearance -- although I can see my face is slimmer. My face is the first place I can always tell that I am gaining or losing weight. But there are several other ways that I can feel a difference. 1. I have more energy. This is not ...
